Mike Matera has joined our Forum. He and his wife Charlene attended our reunion and have recently moved back to Florida after years in Alaska.

Mike served as a mortarman in a crew that returned fire during the incoming barrages on LZ Margo. He left the Marine Corps as a sergeant.
