I celebrated my first Marine Corps birthday 54 years ago today at MCRD San Diego. The Marine Corps changed my life. Even though my memories of those days have faded a little over the years, what an amazing journey it's been. I will always be proud to say I've served my country and that I'm a United States Marine.
